These terms are an agreement between you and . By using Dataden you accept them.

The service

Dataden reads advertising and analytics reports from the platforms you connect and shows them in one dashboard, in saved reports and in Google Sheets.

Your account and your team

You keep your password private and are responsible for what happens in your workspace. You choose who joins your team and what each person can see.

Permission to connect accounts

You only connect ad and analytics accounts that you own or have permission to use, including permission from your clients.

Acceptable use

Do not use Dataden to break the law, to get into accounts that are not yours, to overload or attack the service, or to copy or resell it.

Your data stays yours

You own the data you connect and upload. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.

Platform terms still apply

Google, Meta, TikTok and the other platforms you connect have their own terms and policies. They still apply to your use of those platforms.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Platform data can arrive late or change after the fact.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Dataden and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why when we can.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the effective date above and tell you in the app before important changes take effect.
